Foxton III below 500 III+/IV- higher

Waterton about the same only say 700 instead of 500. Maybe IV above 1000-1200?

You can scout everything easily, the last 3 miles of Foxton to Waterton TO/PI is a little easier ,never harder than III.The Chutes is a III rapid in a I-II run on the other fork,5 minutes away.

On the Ark pretty much everything is class III or easier at these flows except Pine Creek, a couple of moves in the Numbers and a couple of moves in Granite.

Numbers below 5, Fractions, BV town run, Browns, Parkdale, and Royal Gorge are all class III right now.

The Taylor River is another fantastic class III that's dam release also.

Gunny Gorge is at a nice first time level right now, just a bit of an ordeal with a rough 4wd road in, a 1 mile hike down to the river, and a long shuttle. Fun and scenic class III though.
GARNA’s mission is to foster stewardship of the resources of the greater Arkansas River region through education, volunteerism and experiences.
