Citizen Paddle Club event IV: Kid's Paddle Day

Hey Paddlers,

Want to get your kid introduced to the water? Your kid have a roll and want to get into some playboating?

The kid's paddle is a great way to have your kid paddle with some experienced guides from Colorado Kayak Supply and the Rocky mountain outdoor center. This provides a safe environment for youngens to take their paddling to the next level.

The event will take place on Saturday & Sunday, July 29th/30th from 1:00-3:00 PM at the Salida Whitewater park. Meeting place is the courtyard between the Headwaters building and RMOC building in Salida.

Cost of event is $10 in advance or $15 "at the door." The sign up sheet is located in CKS Salida, which can be reached by walk-in or at 719.539.2920

Spots are limited so dont hesitate to sign up!

No gear? No problem. All the gear your kid needs to enjoy the water can be rented through CKS at an additional $25

See you on the water!

This is a great chance for Chafee County kids to get into boating (or learn new stuff) and should be a great time for everyone. Check out the Citizen Paddle blog if you wanna see what its all about....
