Chile Season

I'm finishing up my senior year in high school and a buddy and I are planning on going down to Chile to boat next winter. My question is does everything run at the same time (creeks, Futaleufu, etc.) or is better to go to one area for the beginning part of the season and then move to another towards the end?

start in the north and work your way south. as the the northern rivers start to dry up, the ones in the south will begin to flow.
