Hey all.
The 19th annual Cherry Creek race will be happening this August 18th.
Its a unofficial, homegrown "paddling downstream faster than normal" race on the 6-mile long Class V section of the Tuolumne called "Cherry Creek". Racers include most of CA's top creek boaters and even some ex-Olympians. There is a good party too with music and food afterwards.
Your are especially welcome if you are fast enough to unseat the 3-year reigning champion with a time of approximately 35 minutes.
Flows will be ~1,200 CFS.
