I have a CFS and took a Nomad down Chattooga Sec. IV and Tallulah last fall. Nomad definitely is faster, but has less edge. It has a very different feel in squirrelly water, one I didn't care for, but I think that was just being in a new hull. Outfitting is great, esp. the backband levers. Most people say the Nomad is a cross b/t the Freefall or Gradient and the CFS. I like a mild edge on my creek boat, so I can really rip into eddies and so that it feels more like a playboat, so I'll keep the CFS for now. The Nomad is a nice boat, though. Demo, demo, demo. Miser should have one soon if they don't yet, I reckon.
