Just got off the phone with the DOW - they have not yet received the signed lease agreement back from the property owners' attorneys, so the ramp is still closed.

At least this lady didn't bother with an ETA - "we're waiting just like everyone else".

I saw a commercial outfit down there last week and figured it was open....this sux.

It kinda makes you wonder what the fuck the DOW actually does with the money from the habitat stamps that we buy to gain access to spots like these. Makes me seriously consider not doing it next year
