Can someone explain the St Vrain gauges to me?
I'm confused about the St Vrain gauges on eddyflower. It looks like there is the st vrain @ lyons, which seems to be the combined flow of the north and south forks and is indicative of whats in the playpark at lyons. Eddyflower lists a flow for NSV, but the link says "town of lyons diversion". Is this a screw up or does the town on lyons diversion actually measure what is in NSV? Looks like SSV is calculated as st vrain at lyons minus NSV, which makes sense as long as the NSV gauge is right.
The only two NSV gauges I saw on the DWR website were both above buttonrock res, so I'm wondering if there is indeed a way to measure what is in NSV below buttonrock?
