Cottonwood Lake is nice. Campsites around the lake with outhouses and it is just up the road from the hotsprings.

Dont know anything about Cottonwood getting busted for prostitution. I dont know anything about the size of the sites either. At those prices I'd assume they are nice though and that hotspring access is included.
