Byers Canyon?

Is there really 950 cfs in there? Anyone got a visual?

Gore has 671, and the blue is putting in 300, so there shouldn't be more than 370 coming through byers (vs. the high reading now). I called the water district to see what was going on up there, and the guy thought it was ice.

The Byers guage always seem to show medium flows when it's frozen solid...every year.
