BV LoDo Wave at 650 CFS....

Looking sweet last night at 650 CFS. Locals are having a blast, come visit, the entire park is prime this week.

I think she's back

Thanks for posting Earl. I was out there last night and had a great time. LoDo is feeling MUCH more like it did at these flows before last spring's modifications. Whether it's scouring, sedimentation or a combination of both from high water, it's a much wider foam pile now, plenty powerful, with both shoulders giving up sweet blunts and hole moves to be had if you can hang on and harness the speed and power of the feature.

I was checking my notes from a post earlier this season when we passed through these flows on the way up:

The gist is that below 700 cfs in may, Lodo was an unsurfable flat green wave. Now it's back to it's old self. Awesome! The ultimate test will be to see if she's still good at 400 cfs like last winter! Come have some fun with us

It looks much more like last year now, than it did this spring. And the paddlers are back having a blast. Go enjoy.

Was in there last night,in my Sotar! Such a badass stretch of water. And a brewery within shouting distance... Hope you guys know how good you got it. And the eye candy on shore never disappoints....
