smart, planned development in paradise is not a bad thing
Isn't it interesting how many are quick to bitch. As previously discussed, there are good and bad people in any profession. I consider a few attorneys amongst my best of friends. These select do outstanding things for the correct and proper good of others and are not motivated by money alone. On the other hand, there are many with the opposite motives. The same is true of developers. Some are driven only by greed and self gain. Others know that action can be taken to smartly do something beneficial for all. Thanks to Jed and Katie, smart development is occuring along a precious section of land that might otherwise have become misused.
Instead, access and improved use of the river through this part of town will be gained. Greatly needed growth, smart and tasteful growth, welcomed and beneficial growth, ... will come to this community for the first time in 100 years. BV is paradise. Not only is it arguably the whitewater capital of the world, but it offers easy access to every other type of outdoor recreation there is, along with the purity of living in a small town. It is the perfect place to reside, raise a family, and retire. This intelligent planned growth is not only an opportunity for people to leave the cess-pool of the big cities and move to papradise, but it also advances the interests of keeping BV and the river pure, it offers new economic stimulus for many, and it protects the beauty of this town. Their developement utilizes the most attractive and smartest planning of any community in world. Unlike reckless and sprawling destruction of our mountain lands, this is intelligent habitation design in a slice of paradise. The town, the county, and the state, all obviously approve. Much outside money has been attracted for a section of land that has seen national admiration for this project. Well done!
