Dear Doug and company,
Thanks for giving my husband a ride out from Zoom Flume after he got his rib crunched by a rock. He wouldn't have made it paddlling out. Please give your dogs a pat from us, too. They didn't get to ride up front, and one of them had to try to hang on to the bottom of Dale's kayak. The Colorado Whitewater Photography shots show them enjoying themselves through Zoom.

Dale had a tough drive out the Hecla road and home to Denver. He's getting better every day, but it will take about 4 weeks for him to heal. We're most appreciative of your efforts to make the ride out at painless as possible.
Thank your two friends, also. They had a pretty mild ride for most of the canyon, and I'm sure you generally provide a lot more thrills.
