Bridge concerns for high water Dolores?

Hey folks!

I'm curious if anyone in the past has had, or heard of, issues with bridge clearance on the Dolores at flows >4,000 cfs. I'm specifically wondering about the highway 141 bridge, Roc Creek bridge, and Cement bridge! If the upper Dolores gets up to 4,000 cfs, the section through Gateway will be significantly higher.

Thanks for any beta
