Its right in front of the Breck Rec Center. The features don't really work at any flow i've seen in the last 3 seasons. If the water does get big enough the bottom two get flooded out becuase the water doesn't exit the pond under the road quick enough.
Its a gay park. not worth checking out unless you just want to float around. Levels are too low now. Also I have never seen it get above 150cfs or so if that tells you anything.
