Breck Playpark?

Has anybody ever been to the breck playpark?
just wondering if its any good
Also is it alright to take someone out there who has never been on a river yet

Do you like Icy water and small waves? Then the Breck park is prime for you. Beginners are totally able to go in the park as long as your dressed warmly. If you have any skill you will be somewhat bored at these levels. The park was built for around 200 cfs and we haven't seen that in a while. At around 90+ it is do-able and good for beginners. Steamboat is much more fun. As for this area, ten mile creek is a 3 at 550+cfs b/c of the lack of eddies and shallow water.
