Boulder Creek @ 650+cfs? (Lower Canyon, Town Run)

I don't get to Boulder often, but see that Boulder Creek is way up. I'm thinking of driving down if the Lower Canyon and/or the town run are good at this level (~670 cfs right now). Is there still some play or is it a flush? The highest I've run it at before was ~400cfs, so I imagine it's a bit different...

Thanks!
H.

Sean's idea of play involves talking you into the hole and then chuckling while he watches the guy fight to get out.

It's dropping more than 100 cfs per day right now, so it should be bone dry by the weekend.

Ran it this past weekend from above the Library to below the library but before the dam in the Mini-Me and it was a blast...not really play waves but like Zorba said some sticky ledges...either way it was a good time to cool down from the mid day heat! It was running HIGH...we walked the mini-me for about 10 minutes up from the library and the run only felt like a couple of minutes at best...it was moving!

From the library to 30th has some fun play spots, but nothing epic.

No play on Boulder Creek? Crack heads. At 600 cfs there was some of the biggest amplitude I have ever gotten at Boulder Creek. Loops, air wheels, everything was huge. People just need to know where to look and plug it deep. Now that its in the 300-400 cfs there are only two holes that are playable, they are between eben g. fine and the library.
