how many portages? is this the steepest kayakable run? kayakable meaning steepest mile w/ no portages. is toxaway steeper? ravens? is yule creek steeper? is yule a mile long? hmm...

dan -- bottom is good for as low volume & tight as it is. i only did it once & i loved it. twisty granite bedrock, big-ish drops, but nothing like big boy or anything on yule's bottom 4 or anything on the toxaway. good creeky stuff that runs on a big rain & rarely gets run cuz there aren't many boaters near roanoke.

no way, it avg's like 200-300.
