Boatable levels on Tenmile?

I think CRC II says 600-800 cfs but I've seen flow pages show green in the 500's. What is the preferred, min and max levels? Does it vary depending on what part you run? Thanks in advance.

You may want to factor into your response the fact that I'm one of those eastern boaters who has been known to try to run the morning dew

Depends on what you're looking for. I love the upper stretch above 500. It has no drops, but is really fast with no large eddys. I've run it up to 700 and the higher the better if you're a class V boater. The lower stretch below officer's gulch is alright. If you're in the neighborhood and it's over 500 it's III+ (if memory serves) with no significant drops. You can definitely run it all down to about 150 or so, but I wouldn't recommed it.

Ran it a few weeks ago at 550 ish and the upper and middle was a great time. The Upper was fast ... no eddies ... no holes to really speak of. Also ran it at 1000 about 3 years ago and it was non stop at the top. Get on it.
