Boat suggestions for a newb

I'm getting into hard-shell boating after several years of IKing (tired of swimming and want more maneuverability). Have a fair bit of class 4/5 experience and am 6'2", 180 lbs. I want to be able to handle class 4, maneuver and catch eddies better, and surf some. Have a pool roll. Not looking for a playboat.

Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check out Jackson's SuperFun (or Maybe 4Fun if you fit) and LiquidLogic's CR. Both are free runners. You can play in them some but they're good for down river.
If you're looking for some more volume (and you might be, coming from an IK) Check out Jackson's Hero series or maybe Liquid's Remix.

Demo as much as you can before buying. You never know which will fit you and suit your paddling style best before trying them.
