Bluegrass Creek Flows and logs

Probably not worthy of a trip report, but just a note that Bluegrass Creek is running and is good for the getting. A few of us ran it Sunday at 260 cfs and it was lots of fun. Today the hotline is reporting 340, with plenty of storage upstream, so it should go for a while.
Also a heads up to anyone coming up for it, there is a new nearly riverwide strainer about 1.5-2.0 miles downstream from the Main Event and 1/8 of a mile upstream from the take out bridge. Paddling around the left side or limboing under a small gap in the center is possible but sketchy at best. The river is fairly slow moving above it but there are no eddies and lots of thick willows lining the banks, so especially a larger tightly spaced group could have some troubles. A few of us from Laramie should be getting on it for the next week or so, as it stays in. So give a shout or hope to see you up there.
