Blue River Thru and just N. of Silverthorne

I know that this is not a great whitewater stretch but I do know there are big fish in there. My question is could you get a raft down through there??? That is after the bridge near town hall?? Is there any other bridges/hazards that should be of concern?? The stretch I'm talking about is like from the USFS outpost to columbine landing??

People usually do the town run which is from the Dam to Target (I'd call it II+/III-) although I haven't seen rafts on it, or they do the "Upper Blue" which is III+/IV- (rafts and kayaks) going from the campground to Columbine. Between N Silverthorne and the campground I think is pretty flat and somewhat channelized from what I have heard.

You can launch behind the Forest Service office across from Target. Never done it but have a friend that rafts it, gets you into some areas you couldn't fish otherwise.
