black canyon flows?

Any one have any idea if the black canyon will have enough water on labor day? How do they determine how much water they release? Thanks!

black canyon flows are determined by water calls downstream, also sometimes if the boys are doing work on the dam they'll turn it up. blue mesa has lots of water so its probably just a matter of time. it's been around 600 for the whole summer, so hopefully folks downstream will get thirsty.
