Black Box of San Rafael?

The guage is sitting at 18 cfs and is not forecasted for any flows. It also does not have any natural bumps in the guage.

-Is this out of a dam?
-Has it run? It says early spring runoff.
-Is it going to run?
-Is this worth the effort? It looks like fun if there's water and rafters can't go.

Thanks for any info

Here's a link to the average daily flows.

USGS Surface Water data for USA: USGS Surface-Water Daily Statistics

It looks like early June is the best chance of getting it.

drove over it yesterday on I-70. way too low right now.

i think ferron and huntington creeks need to be running for a while before the san rafael will happen.
