Big South Question

I noticed on the eddyflower website there is an on-line guage for the Big South (Long Draw Resevoir Releases). Currently it is 283 cfs and this is listed as high.

What cfs would corresond to a low reading? (I want to catch it on the low side for my maiden voyage).

I'm going to be out that way over July 4th. What are the chances that the gate will be open and the river will be at a medium to low level? Thanks-
