So, after 3 seasons, my B-Pod drysuit was getting to the point where the feet were pretty damp at the end of the day, so this winter I sent it in for the comp maintenance. Stohlquist's got a deal where you ship it in on your dime and they patch any micro-holes for free and ship it back. I think there's a charge for rips and gaskets, but am not exactly sure what the deal is there. I had no tears and my wrist gaskets were in good shape. There was some wear at the seam of the neoprene neck gasket.
Well, it turns out they don't make the B-Pod anymore, and for whatever reason--they didn't say and I didn't ask--they couldn't return my suit to their rigorous quality standards, so they sent me a brand spankin' new Amp drysuit
It just arrived and fits like a glove. Needless to say, I'm amped about the whole deal. Thanks Stohlquist!
