Better Park Choice at current flows - BV or Salida?

planning to be on the ark for the w/e, and have one afternoon dedicated to roll practice at play park of choice. i have never seen either of them at current high flows, so can everyone tell me their opinions on one or the other, or both? do either of them form bigger green waves at current levels, or do all features wash out? please give a brotha the 411!

thanks in advance.
