Avon whitewater park

I will be driving by on Friday with a crew of kids heading over to Denver for a race. Is it worth a stop or not?

I was in the Avon park at around 180cfs (gage says about 200cfs this morning at Avon Treatment Plant) a couple of weeks ago and there really wasn't anything going on in there. The top hole is really nothing at that flow, the middle hole was surfable but not super retentive and the bottom feature is still out of the water at that level.

If you are driving by you might want to stop but I don't think it will be off the hook great but might be good enough.

The Eagle is only at 167 cfs. The park should be good above 350 cfs.
