"Colorado Cup"

Hey Brian you missed both the confrence calls and emailings between all the Colorado event orgainzers. We are doing the same thing as we speek."Colorado Cup" As well we are trying to iron a out all the dates so there isn't so much overlap of events next summer. I don't know if you have been in touch with anyone yet but send us all your contact info as well as Gunnison festival dates. This way we can all get on the same page and pull it off.

Double-A-Ron...Gore missed you Sunday

Aaron - what time for polo on Tuesdays? Orion & I are coming down to stomp on you! P.S. do you have a picture of the boat I can use to email to a few folks. Nobody believes what happened to it...they'll see.

Brian - give me a call sometime. 641-4722. We met over the summer. I met you at the downriver event on the Taylor, Orions roomate. (not to mention beers at Teocale's later on) I'm interested in helping out for next summer.

Brook - you're such a woman. Missed you at Gore. I got a cracked helmet & a slight concussion. Super fun! How was WW?

Brian you rock! Good on ya for your efforts.
I dont want to start any rumors, but Larsen told me about a possible 3 creek extreme race at CB for our festival..... that would kick ass, especially a head to head event on daisy or the east.... shit we could even have one on oh-b, to bring out some real craziness.
Keep up the good work and see you at Tallulah.

All for it! Maybe a head to head downriver on the upper taylor (new gen to commercial put-in?) too. Slot could be fun with 10+ boaters.

Twitch you punk asses,
Left me to sit on my couch and eat ice cream and drink hard liquor to ease my pain of not paddling, all the while your happy asses were running gore at 1200. Just cause i almost killed my self last time doesn't mean I wouldn't have been doin wave wheels and loops off and in the meat of gore/tunnel. Or at least i could have enjoyed lots of portaging and dodging trains.

Brian, as Brooke said we have been working on this through confrence calls and you or someone from Gunni should join in. I think everyone has thought for a number of years that a Colorado Cup would be great. A three day events confrence seems a little excessive (familes, work, etc.) for largely volunteer run events. I applaude your enthusiasm but lets stay the course with these confrence calls and hammer this thing out.
