Ark Flows?

This time of year, it seems that they typically release the Ark at 650-800 but it's a mere 550 now. With all the rain in the valley and the good snowpack this winter, I'm surprised to see it this low. The rest of the state has been having some rain too, hopefully cutting down on the diverting. So what are they doing? I'm guessing (okay, hoping) they're stocking it up for a little later. Anybody know?

On a sidenote, I've heard rumors (albeit just rumors) of possible fall releases on the Fryingpan, Upper Blue, and Poudre. Any confirmation or just rumors? Thanks.

The deal on the ARK required 700 CFS at the Wellsville guage so they can and usually do release less than that amount. As long as it's 700 at Wellsville, everything is pretty much normal.

Lower Blue almost always runs in the fall when those farmers downstream put out a water call.
