just got off of lime creak gorge #1, it was worth the drive we took. flows definately got some afternoon juice, although the paddle in was knuckle draggin bony in a few spots. is that normal?

The paddle in should be scrapy and bony. Otherwise it will get wild quickly. Glad some crews were able to fire it up.

A wood update on Cascade Creek (3rd Gorge of Lime). One log that we could duck at high flow, everything is either completely washed out or was just covered. The last rapid, that used to require ducking a log, changed at some point. It's much easier now. Go get that section next year. Classic, since it combines with the Rockwood.

I'm really suprised that lime is still going. I thought it was on the low side of runnable last wednesday. Is it still raining?
