Anyone in Costa Rica in January??

Just looking for anyone to maybe hook up with. I've got one friend with me, but lost two already. One that bailed and one with broken ribs. We leave the 5th and Jan to spend a month. Though I would check to see if anyone else will be there. Its always easier to boating in groups and share shuttles.

That's tough luck loosing 2 paddlers. I would definitely recommend going to Turrialba first. I'd say you're pretty likely to find a good crew there since you'll be around for a month. Most of the paddlers stay at Hotel Interamericano so that's another place to look for a group. I was able to join a group of Canadians last year, and it worked out pretty well. already here, a little low water but awesome. get down, there are plenty of boaters, turrialba is defenitely a great base. email me, ill be here until the 17th and have friends who will be here longer.
