Maybe not so good for the Ark, but I'll go optimistic... spring skiing conditions in February aren't the worst thing in the world. At least from a recreational standpoint.
Your talking Lost Wonder right? That valley doesn't deem to get or hold a lot of snow. It's kind of in the Monarch shadow, there's a lot of S aspect and it gets lots of wind.
