We were there on Wednesday and it seems like the rancher isn't the only one hitting the meth pipe. The fin is not covered and I'd put the water at medium side of low, not the other way around. It's doable, fun, but a long ass drive for low-water creeking. We only went because it was on the way back from Moab. I wouldn't expect it to come up too much based on the current mountain weather -- overcast with occasional snow around 8,000 feet near Vail.
