any word on bluegrass

Just wondering if anyone knows if and or when blue grass is going to run?

I talked to a farmer from Wheatland about a month ago. This guy is reportedly a "water engineer," also. He said he didn't think it would run this year due to lack of water.

I have been checking to see if it is releasing, but none so far.
