Dvorak Expeditions in Salida does a couple of 3-day classes this time of year (as well as through the summer). Look them up - the course and instructors are awesome!

Mike Mather's SWR course far exceeded my expectations. I did it through cmc (try www.coloradomtn.edu) at the Vail campus, but he may also do it other places. You can also try to e-mail him at mike@matherrescue.com.

Highly recommended, I honestly believe Mike is probably one of the best in this role that you will ever find.
