Any rafter cancelling Yampa due to low water?

Canoesits looking to get on Yampa in the next few days. NPS permit office closed yesterday and today. Figuring many rafters with permits are abandoning plans. If you are one of those, perhaps a tip on when you may be calling in to cancel would be appreciated. We have paid for a July 13 permit and realize that even canoeable levels (down to about 400-) likely won't even be a possibility.

Please realize that there is nothing unscrupulous about inquiry here; just some open boaters that can still enyoy what is left of the dwindling water. Some coordination on the call-in would do the trick.

can respond here or call 3-475-9947.

thanks
