I was serious about the dog thing, that is absolute crap using a dog for ballast. Not sure how that inflates my ego, Rasta's can't get any bigger anyways.

El Guapo,

I don't see any chest thumping. Actually the question was raised about how to sit in R2. That was answered. This person also suggested that someone told them to sit canoe style (which is silly in my chest-thumping opinion). My point was that you should be careful about who you partner up with, and that you might be careful with somone who claims a "lateral snuck up on them." The questions raised suggested that they were from a "newcomer" and many newcomers don't have any idea about what kind of partner will be safe. But, you're right, I guess we shouldn't try and steer people to safe partners?????

Check out my thumping rock-hard pecks!!!!

Rafters are invading the ware!

So Teva games raft race was on wednesday...I need to check my dates.
Nappy rootss was fun last night..except i may have been the oldest person there. The run today on the eagle was a fun afternoon.

Next year I will have to enter. Seemed like a cool concept. 1 run as time trial. Next runs are 3 boats at a time untill a winner is decided.

Anyway... R2 I like side by side. The S-Puma is a little long so I sit on the middle thwart (3 of them in the boat). I have not tried the staggerd method, but think that it would tend to get you sideways easier.

Waters up so get it while you can. Gonna R4 slaughter house in the morning.

Teva Games was fun ran it this year and only 9 boats didnt come in last! thought it was odd only 9 teams! Had a blast! will be back next year to really up the ante for those sponsored dudes!!!!

having a tough time R2ing the mini-me any suggestions!

R3-4 are bomber especially if the 2 in front kneel on floor through the heavy stuff, and paddle short strong strokes! what a blast! of course we were all under 200#'s so we floated fine and tracked great!
