I'd say 46 CFS is accurate. You're looking for around 500 CFS minimum otherwise you're scraping and flip-factor hurts when you are upside down/swimming. I suspect you'll need a few weeks because Gore Creek is high in terms of drainage elevation. The Eagle and Colo will come up before Gore Creek really gets going.
Also - check the rock just upstream from the Bridge St. bridge. If it is covered, then lower Gore is good to go. That's usually what I use as a gauge since the Sandstone one can be finicky.
