2nd Gorge Lime flow?

Any ideas? I'm guessing it may be too low now, given that the flows on a lot of san jaun creeks seem to be pretty low and there's only a 200-300 difference between animas at tacoma and in durango. Mineral is still flowing at 400ish though, so maybe? Thanks for any beta.
